Shipping Methods & Costs

We offer three different shipping options (through USPS and FedEX) to meet your needs within the U.S. At this time we are unable to ship internationally, to P,O, Boxes, APO addresses or US territories.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love the item you received. If, for any reason, you would like to exchange or return it, we are happy to replace it with another item or refund the credit card used for the purchase. Just repack the item in its original packaging (if possible) along with the packing slip and follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact our customer service department. You will receive a gift return (GR) number within 24 hours of contacting us.
  2. Include the GR number and ship the item to the following address:

  3. For your security, please return your item with an insured courier (e.g. FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. La De Da is not responsible for items lost or damaged items in transit.

If you are returning an item because it is damaged, defective or not the right product, La De Da will provide a prepaid USPS return label.
